AstroLabs Dubai – the region’s only Google-partnered tech centre
As part of the drive to fast-forward the region’s digital economy, we have partnered with AstroLabs Dubai, the only Google-partnered tech centre in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) area. Together we have created a special licence enabling start-ups to work in a collaborative community of like-minded entrepreneurs with zero upfront costs. The community already includes more than 70 start-ups.
Accessible 24/7, the tech centre includes coding facilities for programmers, a mobile device development lab and training room to host AstroLabs Academy workshops in analytics, big data, adwords, digital marketing, UX/UI design and start-up development.
With 6,500 square feet and 24/7 co-working spaces with high-speed internet, amenities include multiple screen-setups for serious programming and a device lab co-designed with Google for mobile app development.
Training facilities are available for a range of specialist AstroLabs Academy programmes in a wide range of digital disciplines including analytics, big data, adwords, UX/UI design, digital marketing and programming.
Conveniently located five minutes from Dubai Marina Metro, AstroLabs is an attractive space with plenty of natural light, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking JLT park and local restaurants and an indoor/outdoor cafe with member discounts.

FRESHA (Shedul) is a SaaS-enabled marketplace for the beauty and wellness industry that provides a booking and scheduling platform for salons, spas, and other wellness businesses. They started their journey in Dubai with AstroLabs in 2015 and obtained their license with the DMCC. They grew exponentially in the region and raised $185 million.
Deliveroo works with over 140,000 best-loved restaurants and grocery partners, as well as 150,000 riders to provide the best food delivery experience in the world. Founded in 2013, AstroLabs enabled Deliveroo to enter the UAE market from the UK in 2015, and has helped them take off in the UAE. They are also looking to expand to KSA via AstroLabs.

BitOasis is a cryptocurrency trading platform offering a digital asset wallet, and exchange to buy, sell, and trade in the Middle East. Established in 2015, they joined AstroLabs in 2016 and started to scale. BitOasis is now a pioneer of the region's crypto ecosystem, and they raised $30M over 6 rounds.
